The clerk of courts shall keep separate books in which to record the proceedings of the board, and his entries shall be sufficiently full to show, with the papers filed, a complete record of the findings, orders, and transactions of the board.</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2051155Normal-000001"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2051155DefaultParagraphFont">All records of proceedings under this title shall be subject to the confidentiality and access provisions of § </span><a href="https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes/Codified_Laws/DisplayStatute.aspx?Type=Statute&amp;Statute=27A-12-25"><span class="s2051155DefaultParagraphFont">27A-12-25</span></a><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2051155DefaultParagraphFont"> et seq.
