If a hearing is held pursuant to the provisions of this section, it shall be open to the public and conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter </span><a href="https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes/Codified_Laws/DisplayStatute.aspx?Type=Statute&amp;Statute=1-26"><span class="s2066466DefaultParagraphFont">1-26</span></a><span class="s2066466DefaultParagraphFont">.
