At least eighty</span><span class="s41249b672d2b4f8a9323cb5a99bb14dcDefaultParagraphFont-000000">-</span><span class="s41249b672d2b4f8a9323cb5a99bb14dcDefaultParagraphFont">five percent of all money paid under the contract must be held in a revocable or an irrevocable trust, at the purchaser's option.
