and</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sc8d822aa93e14f11b97fa44387dabdeaStatuteNumber3"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc8d822aa93e14f11b97fa44387dabdeaDefaultParagraphFont">(iii)    Section </span><a href="https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes?Statute=57A-2A-407" rel="noopener"><span class="sc8d822aa93e14f11b97fa44387dabdeaDefaultParagraphFont">57A-2A-407</span></a><span xml:space="preserve" class="sc8d822aa93e14f11b97fa44387dabdeaDefaultParagraphFont"> applies to the promises of the lessee in a financial lease to the extent the promises are consideration for the right to possession and use of the leased goods;
