The registration shall be in a format prescribed by the director. In prescribing the form or in carrying out other functions required by §§ </span><a href="https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes?Statute=58-17F-16" rel="noopener"><span class="se700865afd374486bd9524e3391b26adDefaultParagraphFont">58-17F-16</span></a><span xml:space="preserve" class="se700865afd374486bd9524e3391b26adDefaultParagraphFont"> to </span><a href="https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes?Statute=58-17F-20" rel="noopener"><span class="se700865afd374486bd9524e3391b26adDefaultParagraphFont">58-17F-20</span></a><span class="se700865afd374486bd9524e3391b26adDefaultParagraphFont">, inclusive, the director shall consult with the secretary if applicable.
