or</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s8920947d91c841f5b962c32330f90496StatuteNumber1"><span class="s8920947d91c841f5b962c32330f90496DefaultParagraphFont">(2)    The</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s8920947d91c841f5b962c32330f90496DefaultParagraphFont"> territory to be incorporated has a post office and:</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s8920947d91c841f5b962c32330f90496StatuteNumber2"><span class="s8920947d91c841f5b962c32330f90496DefaultParagraphFont">(a)    Is in a different county than the incorporated municipality;
