Such lease may be on both real and personal property, or either exclusively, and may cover the structure, site and contents, or structure and contents only, with or without furniture and equipment and may provide for erection of the structure upon a site owned by the municipality. A lease may be entered into for an existing building or for one to be erected in the future.
