REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE

The Conference Committee respectfully reports that it has considered SB 109 and the amendments thereto made by the House, and the disagreement of the two houses thereon, and recommends that SB 109 be amended as follows:

    On page 2 of the House engrossed bill, delete lines 4 to 11, inclusive.

    On page 1, line 2, of the House engrossed bill, after "recidivism" delete "," and insert "and".

    On page 1, line 2, after "Legislature" delete "," and insert ".".

    On page 1, delete line 3.
