Executive Orders:

Executive Order 97-17, dated December 29, 1997, extended the deadline of the report of the Governor's Task Force on Trust Administration Review and Reform by amending Executive Order 97-10. The order did not provide a specific date for the report.

Executive Appointments:

Jeremiah D. Murphy, Sioux Falls, was appointed on December 29, 1997, to the Governor's Task Force on Trust Administration Review and Reform, effective immediately and to continue at the pleasure of the Governor.

Burdette C. Solum, Watertown, was appointed on December 30, 1997, to the South Dakota House of Representatives, to replace Don Brosz, effective January 1, 1998.

Administrative Rules:

OFFICE OF STATE TREASURER revised the veterinary tuition assistance program, ARSD 6:04:01:03, 05, 06, 06.01, and 06.02.

RULES REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING:

The next meeting of the Interim Rules Review Committee will be held January 12, 1997, in Rooms LCR 1 and 2, Third Floor, State Capitol, Pierre, starting at 1:00 p.m. Agencies whose rules have had a public hearing are asked to have a representative present at the meeting to give background information on their rules.
