Department of Agriculture: Agriculture Services: (March 23, 1999) intends to adopt EMERGENCY rules to prevent the spread of small hive beetles in South Dakota. The general authority for these rules, as cited by the department, is SDCL 38-18-28 and 38-18-28.1.

Executive Order 99-02, dated March 22, 1999, declares that the offices for state government shall be administratively closed for the afternoon of Friday, April 2, 1999.
