HB 1168      to require certain tax exempt property to be annually assessed.

HB 1171      to revise the types of property exempt from taxation.
          Representatives Cutler, Schaunaman, and Sperry and Senators Paisley and Dennert

HB 1271      to create a classification for family-farms and owner-operated commercial businesses, to revise and establish maximum property tax levies for certain property, to provide certain limited exemptions for owner-occupied dwellings and owner-operated commercial businesses, and to revise the rule-making authority of the Department of Revenue.

HB 1212      to exempt transportation services, veterinarian services, animal speciality services, and gross receipts from certain auctions from sales and use tax.

HB 1231      to revise the property tax levies for general funds of a school district.

HB 1244      to create a severance tax on timber and exempt the transportation of timber from sales and use tax.

HB 1201      to impose a personal and corporate income tax, to provide for the administration thereof, to provide penalties for the violation thereof, to exempt food, utilities, residential heating fuel, certain intrastate transportation services, and auction goods from the sales and use tax, to repeal the contractor's excise tax, and to provide property tax relief through the distribution of the revenue for education.
