         SB 122     restrict the entry of conservation officers onto certain private land without permission.
             Senators Duenwald, Hansen (Tom), Hanson (Gary), Koskan, Lintz, McNenny, Napoli, and Peterson (Jim) and Representatives Hargens, Bradford, Brunner, Dennert, Hackl, Haley, Haverly, Howie, Jensen, Kroger, Lange, Rhoden, Sigdestad, and Street

         HB 1195     adopt the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act.
             Representative O'Brien and Senators Knudson and Olson (Ed)

         HB 1197     continue certain restrictions on the use of artificial lights to hunt or locate wild animals.
             Representatives Fryslie, Davis, Gassman, Haverly, Howie, Hunhoff, Koistinen, Kroger, McLaughlin, Nelson, Sebert, Sigdestad, Street, Tornow, and Willadsen and Senators Greenfield, Apa, Broderick, and Gray
