         SB 48     authorize the director of the Division of Banking to enter into certain interstate agreements and to establish certain procedures regarding those agreements.

         SB 53*     provide for adequate access to health care provider networks.

         SB 68     revise certain provisions regarding the licensing of estheticians.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

         HB 1118     revise certain provisions regarding the interest rate on past due moneys.

         HB 1218     provide disclosure of fee schedules between health carriers and participating providers.

         HB 1256     regulate residential contractors.
