         HB 1203     revise certain provisions regarding the distribution of the tax imposed on financial institutions.
             Representatives Murschel and Wick and Senator Earley

         HB 1168     revise the homestead exemption.
             Representatives Deadrick, Hunt, Michels, and Rhoden and Senator Bogue

         HB 1186     revise certain real property assessment procedures for land degraded by prairie dogs.
             Representatives Bradford, Hargens, Kroger, Sigdestad, and Van Norman and Senators Bartling and Hanson (Gary)

         HB 1121     revise the capitalization rate for determining certain agricultural income values.
             Representative Dennert and Senator Sutton (Duane)

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

         HB 1091     revise certain dates used for the purpose of determining whether real estate taxes are delinquent.
             Representatives Pederson (Gordon) and Howie and Senator Lintz

         HB 1113     increase the tax on cigarettes and other tobacco products, to dedicate the revenue for tobacco prevention and cessation programs and property tax reduction, and to make an appropriation therefor.
