         SB 143     adopt the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act.
             Senator Knudson and Representative O'Brien

         SB 197     clarify who may transfer personal property held in joint tenancy.

         SB 204     revise certain provisions regarding living wills and health care decisions by agents.

         SB 217     revise certain cross references in the code with regard to the implementation of the South Dakota Business Corporation Act.

         HB 1080*     provide for notification to the petitioner when an ex parte protection order is served.
