         SB 137     allow local units of government to regulate the sales, distribution, and use of tobacco products.

         SB 145     revise certain provisions relating to the authorization of video lottery machine placement in on- sale alcoholic beverage establishments.

         SB 186     revise the penalties for the improper notarization of certain documents pertaining to elections or the election process.

         SB 189     appropriate money to the Association of County Commissioners for the coordination of 911 services.

         SB 195     permit certain licensed agents of the Department of Revenue and Regulation to collect and retain authorized convenience fees for the performance of certain duties in lieu of administrative costs.

         SB 205     revise certain provisions concerning the referral of acts, determinations, or decisions made by the governing bodies of counties or municipalities.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.
