         SB 177     create a rebate program for businesses that invest in lactation facilities and to make an appropriation therefor.
             Senators Gant, Bartling, Gray, Kelly, and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Weems, Boomgarden, Brunner, and Miles

         HB 1035     revise the renewal fee paid by medical assistants.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

         HB 1059*     provide for notification by the Department of Social Services to the parents of certain determinations of child abuse or neglect.
             Representatives Peters, Buckingham, Gillespie, Klaudt, and Lange and Senators Gant, Apa, Earley, Koskan, and Moore

         HB 1072     direct the Department of Social Services to establish the South Dakota long-term care partnership program.
             Representatives Kraus, Frost, Hunhoff, Michels, and Van Etten and Senators Hansen (Tom), Bartling, Dempster, Olson (Ed), and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1156     require a study of the continuum of care needs for senior citizens.
             Representatives Hunhoff, Boomgarden, Cutler, Kraus, Murschel, Rave, and Van Etten and Senators Hansen (Tom), Broderick, Dempster, Gant, Moore, and Olson (Ed)

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
