         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  revise the daily bag limit for pheasants on private shooting preserves.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That ARSD 41:09:01:03.01 be amended to read as follows:
     41:09:01:03.01. The maximum daily bag limit for pheasants on shooting preserves is 15 25 cocks. The maximum daily bag limit for wild turkeys is 2 birds.
     The shooting hours are restricted to sunrise to sunset each day.
