Individuals needing assistance, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, should contact the

revise certain provisions concerning the use of certain real property sales to value other
Representatives Wick, Glenski, Kirkeby, Koistinen, Miles, Steele, Van Etten, and Weems
and Senators Gant and Smidt (Orville)
create additional classifications of real property and to revise certain provisions
concerning the taxation of such property.
Representatives Peters, Glenski, Miles, and Wick
revise certain provisions concerning the valuation of real property by allowing the
director of equalization to use more sales during the assessment process and to revise
certain provisions regarding taxes payable for the capital outlay fund of school districts.
Representative Novstrup (Al) and Senators Turbak and Peterson (Jim)
revise certain provisions concerning the assessment of real property, to revise certain
tax levy limitations for schools, to revise certain provisions regarding property tax
levies for school districts, and to repeal the nonagricultural acreage classification.

(Gary), Lintz, McCracken, McNenny, Olson (Ed), Smidt (Orville) and

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances
do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to
be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
