HB 1042 revise certain provisions pertaining to the definition of residency and the issuance of resident hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses.
HB 1043 revise certain provisions regarding exemptions to the boat numbering requirement.
HB 1087 revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2008 regarding appropriations to the Department of Executive Management, the Department of Revenue and Regulation, the Department of Game, Fish and Parks, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Education, the Board of Regents, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
HB 1171 authorize the hunting of mountain lions as predator/varmints in certain areas of the state.
HB 1183 establish a lifetime combination small game and fishing license and authorize the Game, Fish and Parks Commission to promulgate rules.
HB 1208 reimburse certain motorists involved in vehicle collisions with wildlife.
HB 1275 make an appropriation for a portion of the costs related to the acquisition of easements adjacent to Bear Butte State Park and to declare an emergency.
HB 1293 provide for the removal of dead deer from certain highways.
HB 1314 authorize the Department of Game, Fish and Parks to sell and convey real and personal property located at the Spring Creek Recreation Area and to declare an emergency.
SB 96 provide for the issuance of landowner-sponsored big game hunting licenses.
