10:02:04:01.  Fee for placement on state bidders list. The fee for placement on the state bidders list is $50 for a one year period from the date of registration approval by the office of procurement management. A prospective bidder who wishes to be placed on the state bidders list shall submit a completed application to the office of procurement management as required by that office, together with the required fee.
