An Act to accommodate legislation related to electric service in a newly annexed area.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. In case a title affecting provisioning of electric service in a newly annexed area is needed to accommodate the legislative process, this bill is being introduced to accomplish that purpose.
