ENTITLED, An Act  to repeal certain taxes on telegraph companies.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That § 10-34-1 be repealed.
     Section  2.  That § § 10-34-2 to 10-34-16, inclusive, be repealed.
