FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act
to allow for the purchase of certain items out of a school
district's capital outlay fund.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 13-16 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

Section 1. That chapter 13-16 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:
A school district which contracts its student transportation may expend from the capital
outlay fund an amount not to exceed fifteen percent of the contract amount.
