ENTITLED, An Act  to repeal requirements for health care providers to report capital expenditures in excess of one hundred thousand dollars.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That § 34-1-34 be repealed.
     Section  2.  That § 34-1-35 be repealed.
     Section  3.  That § 34-1-36 be repealed.
     Section  4.  That § 34-1-37 be repealed.
