         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act  to revise the number of days that a temporary snowmobile license permit is valid.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That § 32-6C-10 be amended to read as follows:
     32-6C-10.   In the case of If a snowmobile which is sold by a licensed dealer, the dealer may provide a temporary fifteen-day thirty-day license permit which is a permit to operate the snowmobile in this state for a period of fifteen thirty days after the date of sale or until the time the purchaser receives his the regular license decals from the county treasurer, whichever occurs first.
