         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to repeal the recording of certain licenses at the register of deeds office and to require the licenses and renewal certificates to be displayed.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That § 36-5-14 be amended to read as follows:
     36-5-14.   The license to practice chiropractic shall be signed by each member of the board of chiropractic examiners and authenticated by the seal of the board, and such license shall be recorded by the chiropractor in the office of the register of deeds of the county where he engages in practice, the fee for such recording to be one dollar the license and renewal certificate shall be conspicuously displayed at the office of the practitioner .
     Section  2.  That § 36-8-13 be amended to read as follows:
     36-8-13.   All licenses and renewal certificates for the practice of podiatry shall be recorded in the office of the register of deeds of the county in which the licensee practices. All licenses and renewal certificates shall be conspicuously displayed at the office of the practitioner.
