FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act
to revise certain provisions relating to the annual sale of
state school and endowment lands.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 5-9-1 be amended to read as follows:
5-9-1.

to direct the
