ENTITLED, An Act  to allow certain family members to file one petition for change of name .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That chapter 21-37 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

     Persons who are married pursuant to §  25-1-1 and any natural or adopted child of either person may file one petition for change of name.
