ENTITLED, An Act  to repeal certain provisions regarding medication aides.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That subdivision (6) of § 36-9-28 be repealed.

             (6)     

     Section  2.  That § 36-9-28.1 be repealed.
