FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act
to prohibit the taxation of United States postage.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. No state tax may be levied upon any United States postage charges or upon the payment of such charges.
