FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act
to make an appropriation from the coordinated soil and
water conservation fund to the State Conservation Commission.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the coordinated soil and water conservation fund the sum of one million two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($1,275,000), in accordance with subdivision 10-47B-149(4).
Section 2. The State Conservation Commission shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by this Act.
Section 3. Any funds appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated shall revert in accordance with § 4-8-21.
