FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
require payment by the Department of Game, Fish and
Parks of certain motor vehicle insurance deductibles resulting from collisions with deer or
other big game animals.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. The Department of Game, Fish and Parks shall reimburse the owner of any motor vehicle for the cost of any motor vehicle insurance deductible charges resulting from a collision between the motor vehicle and a deer or other big game species on any public highway in this state.
