ENTITLED, An Act to  require state health inspections of school food services programs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That chapter 13-35 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

     Any site operated for the preparation of meals for children as part of a school food service program shall have a minimum of two state health inspections every five years. Any site that serves meals to children as part of a school food service program shall have a minimum of one state health inspection every five years.
