FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to revise the definition of community for purposes of motor vehicle and snowmobile franchises.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That subdivision (4) of § 32-6B-1 be amended to read as follows:

             (4)      "Community," the franchisee's area of responsibility as stipulated in the franchise . A community has a minimum radius of ten miles around an existing dealership ;

     Section  2.  That subdivision (1) of § 32-6E-1 be amended to read as follows:

             (1)      "Community," the franchisee's area of responsibility as stipulated in the franchise . A community has a minimum radius of ten miles around an existing dealership ;
