FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
prohibit advertising of the lottery.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. The South Dakota Lottery may not advertise in print, by broadcast, or by any other medium the South Dakota Lottery or any lottery game.
