FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
authorize certain doctoral graduates to teach without
teaching certificates.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. Any person who holds a doctoral degree awarded by an accredited graduate school may teach in the person's field of study in any public or private school regardless of whether the person holds a teaching certificate under chapter 13-42.
