FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to permit certain municipalities to issue an additional off-sale alcoholic beverage license.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 35-4 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

Section 1. That chapter 35-4 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of § 35-4-10, a municipality may issue an additional off-sale
license only if one of the existing off-sale licensed establishments is open for less than one
hundred eighty days in a calendar year. Any additional off-sale license issued pursuant to this
section may be reissued annually thereafter.
