FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
prohibit certain signage and advertisement of the video
lottery.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 42-7A be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

No video lottery establishment licensed pursuant to chapter 42-7A may show or display the
word, casino, on the outside of a building or in a window of the establishment.
