FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
revise the time criterion for the termination of certain
liens and encumbrances.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 28-14-20 be amended to read as follows:
28-14-20. Any lien or encumbrance created under this chapter prior to July 1,
1937

is hereby terminated as a matter of law.
