ENTITLED, An Act to  revise the time criterion for the termination of certain liens and encumbrances.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That § 28-14-20 be amended to read as follows:
     28-14-20.   Any lien or encumbrance created under this chapter prior to July 1, 1970, is hereby terminated as a matter of law.
