FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
prohibit school boards from employing any person whose
certificate has been revoked or suspended.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 13-43 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

No school board may employ a person whose certificate is revoked pursuant to

13-42-9
or 13-42-10 or during the term of a suspension pursuant to

13-42-9.
