FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
protect unmarked graves.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. No person may intentionally disturb or remove anything from an unmarked grave on private or public property located in this state. Any violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
