FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
provide for additional compensation for teachers
providing teaching services using the Digital Dakota Network.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. Any teacher that teaches a course over the Digital Dakota Network shall receive additional compensation for each course and from each school for which the teaching services are provided.
