         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  allow certain party hunting practices in the hunting of big game.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That chapter 41-8 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:
     Nothing in § §  41-8-6 and 41-8-7 nor any other provision of this title prevents any person to whom a big game license was issued from pursuing, hunting, or killing big game covered by the license of a member of the person's hunting party if the total number of big game taken by the hunting party does not exceed the number allowed by the licenses held by the members of the hunting party.
