FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
provide authority to suspend or revoke a milk sampler
and grader's license.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 40-32-17 be amended to read as follows:
40-32-17. The secretary of agriculture may suspend or revoke a tester and grader's license or a sampler and grader's license of any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter. Conviction of a licensee for any violation of this chapter shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of the offender's license.
