FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
provide for the transfer of certain statutes regarding
domestic abuse.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. The code counsel shall transfer § § 23A-2-13, 23A-2-14, 23A-3-2.2, 23A-3-21, 23A-3-22, 23A-3-23, 23A-43-4.1, and 23A-43-4.2 to chapter 25-10 and shall revise and correct cross references as appropriate.
