FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
appropriate money to the South Dakota Horsemen's
Association and to declare an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the South Dakota bred-racing fund the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), to the South Dakota Horsemen's Association, a South Dakota nonprofit corporation. Money appropriated pursuant to this section shall be divided equally for use by the Fort Pierre Race Track and the Brown County Race Track.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated from the special racing revolving fund the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), to the South Dakota Horsemen's Association, a South Dakota nonprofit corporation. Money appropriated pursuant to this section shall be divided equally for use by the Fort Pierre Race Track and the Brown County Race Track.
Section 3. The executive secretary of the gaming commission shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by this Act.

existing public institutions, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
