         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  permit certain persons to solemnize marriages.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That § 25-1-30 be amended to read as follows:
     25-1-30.   Marriage may be solemnized by a justice of the Supreme Court, a judge of the circuit court, a magistrate, a mayor, or any person authorized by a church , a synagogue, or a moslem congregation to solemnize marriages.
