FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
establish certain benefit requirements for the recipients
of REDI fund loans.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 1-16G be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

No person may receive a loan from the revolving economic development and initiative fund
unless the person agrees, as a condition to receiving the loan, to offer a basic benefit package to
all employees.
